Raised in San Antonio, Adib was raised by a strict family. From a young age his parents taught him the values of hard honest work and doing things with integrity.
Shortly after high school Adib took jobs that would enable him to better his communication and learn winning business practices from successful small business owners from the San Antonio Area. It was then that he learned of a job opening for a local carpet cleaning company. More importantly he discovered that this company was one of the best in the business in both carpet care and flood remediation, so Adib jumped at the opportunity to learn the craft from a locally-owned highly regarded company.
However, Adib was heartbroken to discover that the company had already filled its open spots and did not have another truck available for another employee. Adib realized that even though there were several “carpet cleaning” jobs available, he knew that none of them would bring the experience or notoriety that just slipped through his fingers. It was then that Adib made a bold move that would change his future at such a young age.
Adib dumped all his savings, and borrowed money from family to purchase a work van. He then had it outfitted with the necessary equipment to perform professional commercial grade carpet cleaning. Without any knowledge of the carpet cleaning business and working on blind faith, Adib approached the same company that slipped through his fingers and asked them to hire him. When they told him there were no available positions because there were no available trucks, he informed them that he had his own truck and was ready to start training. Immediately the manager and owner of the company were called in because they had never heard of anyone doing something so bold. Adib was immediately hired and the owner knew he found someone special in this bold and fearless worker, so he decided to take Adib under his wing and teach him everything he knew about the industry.
After several years of training, earning valuable certifications, and becoming one of the youngest Master Carpet Cleaners in San Antonio, Laredo and Austin Adib discovered the owner of the company planned to retire because of health reasons. It was then that Adib realized that it was time to open Rhino Restoration.
Rhino Restoration companies were launched in 2000 and have come to be San antonio’s leading experts in carpet cleaning, flood remediation, and water extraction.
