Basic Self drying option – After the water extraction, we can provide you the equipment to perform “self-service drying” of your flooring.
Self-drying Plus Option – In addition to the basic option, we will give you specific instructions on what and how materials need to be removed and made accessible such as baseboard removal and molding/trim removal. Plus we will instruct you on how to dry “In between the walls.”
Self-Drying Advanced Option – In addition to the Self-Drying Plus Option, we will indicate which portions of the sheet rock need to be removed and discarded and which portion of flooring needs to be removed discarded (if any). This is basically a controlled demolition performed by the homeowner. We NEVER RECOMMEND this option since now you are dealing with taking apart your home or office without any guarantees or experience. Obviously this is the ultimate desperation if you have no insurance.
Once you have dried and removed unsavable material, we can return to begin replacing and repairing padding, carpeting, walls, etc.
